The morning service is horrible the toaster is always broken the coffee never has sugar even if you request extra sugar. the worst place to get breakfast in Lowell hands down. they serve you as if your bothering the crew. Bad service

Not very happy with the service and cleanliness I just viewed a few minutes ago. I kindly asked for a mocha iced and the guy had just finished tying a trash bag, didn't wash his hands and proceeded to make my drink. The mocha bottle was empty so he found a new one opened it and instead of adding the pump he poured it into the cup filled it to about a 1/4 to 1/3 of the way added the coffee and milk and handed it to me. Although I knew he was in the wrong. Another gentleman approached me to complete my transaction wasn't in a uniform and I kindly asked if my drink could be remade. He asked why I explained and he proceeded to tell me that's how the drink is made.
So yup I am not too happy and of coarse I am a usual customer of Dunkin donuts of coarse I know how my drink is made. Also as a business owner in the hospitality/service industry I would not stand for such carelessness.

I had no complaints about anything till today when I noticed I am getting charged different price for same stuff. I ordered donut and I got charged different price all the time. (1.09, 1.27, 1.19) Similar thing happened with coffee, I ordered black coffee but they charged me for iced coffee.

The shop is in basically a hole and because of this their selection suffers and the fact they have no oven for breakfast sandwich's and other cooked foods
Update: even though this shop moved to the other side of the station. It some how has gotten worse with no bagels and staff that seems like rushing the customer with their order is good customer service. Can I rate this location zero stars??

I constantly have to tell the guy with short hair to cash my order out on my card. I was charged once after I left for product I did not order or receive. He gave me a dirty look today when I told him AGAIN to cash me out. The Owner needs to know that's THEFT. I will not be buying here anymore and I fully intend to make sure everyone I know here that uses it stops buying here and posts to their social media. I don't work hard all day to buy him or his buddies food and drinks. And btw, NO ONE was behind me in line so I'm pretty sure he's stealing from guests for himself. It's ILLEGAL.

Love their donuts, tho hate that they leave them out to get dried out. But when fresh any time before 12 they are delicious. Great customer service

Nice casual cafe to get a latte and donut while you're waiting for a bus or train. There are benches inside and outside for you to sit and enjoy your drink.

Ughhhhh!! I am so mad. How hard is it to mess up coffee. I asked for NO sugar, and it wasnt until I left that I took my first sip and realized they must of dropped the whole bag of sugar in there. Never coming back here again!
