The Jets team in lowell shows the highest levels of customer service. Super fast and friendly. The pizza always tastes great.

Enjoy their 8 corner pizza. Receipts lack any clarity. ASK what an additional topping will cost as it's usually an excuse to rip you off.

Excessively greasy is the downside, and the price (which is average nowadays). But this is the best Jets around. The food always tastes great! And I rarely have any issues at the Lowell location. If you're looking for Greasy Cheezy crunchy pizza look no further.

EDIT: After receiving the negative review through google, management gave us a contact on who to call. After calling they took care of the issue. I appreciate them taking care of it.
I ordered a pizza and they completely botched it not adding the right things. As well as that they gave me cheese bread instead of normal bread sticks… Making it so one person in my party couldn’t have anything to eat that we ordered. I called them to have them maybe credit or fix things. They stated they would only do something about it if I drove back to their store twenty minutes. I understand mistakes being made, especially with staff shortages. But I believe things should be made right when you completely mess up someone’s order.

Ordered a pizza tonight and was given either someone else's order or there was a mixup; hey it happens! (normally orders are spot on, hot, and fresh!). When I called to let them know what happened I was politely given to the manager who handled the situation sublimely. Took care of the mixup and got me on my way in 10 mins flat. 10/10 would order again.

Used to work here, ordered pizza and the staff was excellent. Wyatt helped me on the phone. I actually worked with him for a couple months and he was an outstanding worker. I know for a fact this place follows all regulations and standards. For a regular pizza shop they can hold their dough for 3 days. Jets makes dough, sauce and toppings everyday. So it is fresh. I rarely ever seen the dough last longer than a day. They have fresh slices available from about 11 to 4. Overall GREAT PLACE TO GET PIZZA AND AN AMAZING PLACE TO WORK AT

Best Jets location I've been to yet. The staff is friendly, and the service is great. Our pies are always prepared as we ordered them. Efficient quality pizza and service with a smile.

This place is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here. I love the Jets boat and squire pizza.
I actually stopped mid pizza to write this review because of the wonderful people working at Jets pizza. I had ordered a Jets boat and a single slice both taste amazing as always. But when I got home and looked in the bag I realized I got a free single slice so happy. They know how to make a big girl happy :D
Pro life tip here be nice to the people who make your food. If you make someone happy they are gonna want to make you happy too. <3
