There's a woman there who decided not to make any of the food we ordered, claiming that all the machines were broken (a somewhat large order), even though we ordered donuts and muffins as well. She messed up on 4 of the 6 drinks. I went back later and the machines were working perfectly fine.

Well there product are good. But I went Friday morning and I see this guy enter and he forgot the put his mask and the cashier was so rude I’m fell sorry for that gentleman, he put his mask and apologize to THAT cashier! Hey we humans not criminals, are you ever forget something in your life!!? Cashier be more courteous whit people!!! And respect ✊ the color of the people.

Don’t order cold brew from here. It’s 100% watered down and when you ask the employee to remake it for you, she gives you a major attitude, rolls her eyes and doesn’t attempt to fix your drink or use a different batch of cold brew. She also made my wraps undercooked... such a bad way to start my early morning commute to work

I absolutely recommend this location! The staff are awesome. Fast service even when it's busy with college student.

Usually very good service. Fast even when loaded with people at any time of the day.
TASTE ANY BEVERAGES BEFORE LEAVING. Unfortunately they get so busy that you can occasionally end up with a drink made wrong OR the bottom/end/empty ingredient issue. It happens and is no ones fault and they will immediately make it right, but it is an occasional issue.

Best morning crew ever. Afternoon/evening crew spend more time chatting than making anything. Hate doing a to go order after 3pm, takes 45 mins to remind them of an order... sux.

I've had nothing but amazing service when I go in the afternoons!! They are always fun and full of energy!! The dark skinned guy makes my coffee the best I've ever tasted and is always pleasant!
