Men's restroom is rarely clean and almost never has soap. Thankfully I keep hand sanitizer with me, so it's better than nothing. I hoped when they stated having a guy working in the morning or would be better but no. Now I'm just hoping he never uses the restroom while at work since there isn't ever soap in there. I have told the workers on numerous occasions about the lack of soap, but even after 2 or 3 days in a row they either never do anything about it or it's gone by the next morning.

This Location is just ok 👌. The parking lot needs work. Very shall and all the concrete is cracking everywhere. So if you need a spot come early . Decent prices ok gas ⛽️ and items in the store 🏬 the staff is very nice and professional. I was visiting my friend in Longwood and I knew I was going to be on the road for a while and had a long drive ahead so I stop in for a coffee ☕️ The Coffee was nice and hot 🥵 The staff helped me the sugar packets because I couldn’t find them . I thanked them and bought my coffee and was on my way . The bathrooms 🚽 need work . They were very small and There was hardly any hand soap 🧼 left and not a lot of toilet paper 🧻 left either . The bathrooms need to be cleaned at least twice a day if not more . Over all the best thing about this place is the coffee and the nice staff . I would not recommend it though or at least until till they start a remodel on a few things . Thanks 🙏

If you have anyone on the register they should be trained properly. I shouldn’t have to be given a hard time because YOUR employees don’t know how to do their JOB and have a nasty attitude. As well as the managers, I shouldn’t be ignored by the manager for a technical issue that is not my fault. I am a manager myself for a Different company and I make sure my staff is trained, and if a customer is trying to get my attention I wouldn’t ignore them and walk away. I am a paying customer, and to be treated rudely is poor on your part. I will not be coming back to your company.

This is the worst 7-11 I have been and I have even been to third world countries 7-11's. They never have receipts at the pumps, the pumps suck, the card readers almost never work and when asked, the employees are clueless. There was not even a manager on duty last time at was at this POS. Seriously 🙄👎
