Dunkin'

Wonderful experience this morning! I went through the drive-thru and was a little uncertain as to what I was going to order (I was ordering for my office), so I needed some time to communicate with my coworkers, while looking over the menu. The girl taking my order was very kind, polite, and patient. The food was ready when I pulled up to the window, and was fresh and delicious! This is the way to start your morning. Running on Dunkin'! ;)

Pay attention to this place reviews. They appear to be posting there own reviews. They are I'll prepared, unprofessional, and slow. First, the lady said I could not order a dozen doughnuts because they did not have enough. Secondly, I had to wait atleast ten minutes for six cold dougnuts. Then, I recieve a variety of doughnuts that were thrown together. Plus. They appear to be stale. We ended up just throwing the doughnuts away and leaving. I was too frustrated to even deal with the lady who served me. She seem unqualitifed. I suspect the owner through anyone at the job and just said make it work. I will pay you at the end of the day. I would skip this place.

The only reason of this place that I give 5 star is Nelly. Other than that this place sucks! This is shame for dunkin donuts! People don't come to work when they want and what's funny the do continue work there still. Obviously no one controls the performance. If it would be so Nelly should get the best promotion for a long time ago. The only reason I go there is Nelly as well. I was shocked today. She was by herself only at there and was doing everything. She was working I guess for 5 people and it's not the first time. Meanwhile she was super hardworking, polite and professional! She probably deserves a senior managerial roles within the corporation. She is doing outstanding job. Nelly I hope you will get what you deserve soon! From Egg and cheese wrap man!🤘

I typically don't write negative reviews, and I love Dunkin' Donuts Coffee, however, this morning I ordered a veggie egg white flatbread, and was given a turkey sausage on flatbread. I did not discover the order was incorrect, until I made it into work. I called the store to explain what happened, and was taken back by the response. The service person who answered replied, I made your order, and I know what I gave you. "Wow!" Really? I'm looking at a sandwich, that is not what I ordered and to have someone respond in this capacity was totally unprofessional, and just plain rude. She offered, that I speak with the manager, whom I felt like I was having a debate with about the ordeal, and it was just extremely petty. It's a $3.00 sandwich for Pete's sake, and I did not understand the difficulty of the situation? Eventually, the manager offered a replacement sandwich, or a refund, which okay that's great, but rather than go through all of that drama, why not make this offer right away to correct the error instead of basically fighting with someone over a piece of meat (Literally!) "That's just absurd.
