Subway

A few days ago I tried to place an order online and it kept giving a error message when you’re trying to place an order from the beginning but it lets you click okay and take the time to pick what you want to order and put in all of your information only to get to the submit order and get another error message. After trying several times I then called the subway to advise them and to also place a order. As soon as a man picked up said subway how can I help you I asked him can I place a order and he hung up on me. This bothered me because I really wanted subway that day couldn’t place my order online or by calling in. For the future if your not interested in taking a customers order please just say so. I don’t feel it was necessary to just hang up on me after I only asked can I place a order. I only gave it two stars because my food is fresh when I’ve been before several times. Although they sometimes chop up my sub in a tub to much that makes it look like my salad is diced up. Customer service means a lot to me I hope this never happens to anyone else and they fix the website soon.

Gentleman refused to add a few sweet peppers to my sandwich because "that's not how it comes," but gave me the option to pick a different cheese. He said he would give me sweet peppers in a cup and I could put them on myself, but he wouldn't put them on for me. Wasting a plastic cup when the sandwich was open makes no sense to me. The lady working with him said she wouldn't do it either. There have been issues in the past with the staff here at this location, but this experience with the smug employees was the icing on the cake. It's too bad, because this location is an asset to the locals at the Lake.

Sorry to say this about a local business but this establishment needs work. The staff is always very helpful. Fast, cheerful and clean. The food however is simply no longer worth the increasingly steep price. The bread is nearly always stale. Their fantastic soup is only rarely available and is often so sparingly served that you cannot completely fill one of their impossibly small cups. I imagine this is more a review of the chain than the local store where prices are concerned and that is my major gripe. One of the two owners is always there to do what he can to make your visit pleasant. Kind and hard working and an ideal face for the business world-wide. The other owner, however, seems to be the source of the "small portioning" and "never bake fresh bread unless the President is coming" mantra and is very brusque like it makes no difference what kind of experience you had and would rather be at home deciding if the throw pillows on the bed in the guest room are of a high enough thread-count
