The Little Grille At The Depot

The little grille? The small grille? The slightly below average sized grille? How ever you pronounce it, it’s a home run. If you like burgers so wet and juicy the drips will be running down your arms! If you like fast service! If you like urinals that touch the ground my goodness buddy you’re gonna want to move in and start paying rent. Better get off that futon and brush your hair with a #4 comb and grab a chair and order a meal.

So ... A teeny bowl of chili for $10, it was yummy but .. my enchiladas were very small, not very tasty, they supposedly came with pico de Gallo on top but it was a few small chunks of tomato and a teeny confetti of other vegetables, the rice was plain with some canned beans on top .. absolutely nothing special and for $17 not worth the price. My husband got a Brazilian fish stew for $20 and he felt it was yummy and good value. Most importantly some of their "gluten free" options, like the potato skins are fried in a frier with wheat products, so very few gluten free options. The service was extremely slow, on a quiet night, he was kind and apologized but it was really ridiculous, staff would disappear for a long time. I will not return.

After a lot of trial and error (so many places in Lincoln and Littleton pick and choose when to offer takeout service or simply don't answer the phone at all), we ordered here after a very long hike along Franconia Ridge. The aloha burger and pineapple chicken sandwich were excellent! Great place to grab a quick bite.

We had a nice experience with this place. We ordered brazilian potato skins, chicken and shrimp tacos and a grilled chicken sandwich. We also customized the rice with Chimichurri sauce mix and sweet potato fries for regular. Food was decent quantity, tasted nice and we ordered too much. Server was courteous and we liked the atmosphere. I will recommend this place.

I would absolutely recommend and come back if I was local! The only "downside" is that the menu is all over the place and I could not understand what they were trying to be. When we were there they were doing all you can eat Brazilian BBQ. Kind of odd. However, the service was wonderful. The drinks were strong and flavorful. The fish and chips were super fresh and not weighed down by too much batter. The queso dip app was a huge portion and pretty good. Lastly the queso burger was cooked perfectly and had a ton of flavor. Again, I would absolutely be back if I was from around here!

What a delightful place. It was once the train depot and they have built on the character of this building and siding. We had the best waitress possible. So kind and happy and although managing a large area so efficient. We met the owner at the Tunbridge Fair. What a great person so we wanted to come to his restaurant. Food is well priced.

The Little Grille came highly recommended from the hotel we were staying at, it did not disappoint. The place is very eclectic, the staff is amazing, friendly, very welcoming with their smiles and service. (Rachel). With that said, the food and drink was even better. Sticky Vermonter was to die for. Great place for a meal and a big variety of options for anyone.
