Cold Stone Creamery

Ice cream good, costumer service AWFUL! Three Caucasian high school kids were working the PM shift. Did not greet us, took forever to take our order (there was only one customer ahead of us). When they finally acknowledge us, we asked for 7 kid size ice creams. The way they served the scoops was not kid size, they were less than kid size, I know because that is what we always order, they were rude, plain rude, yes, I’m Hispanic, yes, they were just being racist. We’re never going back to this location. FYI

3 employees not greeting or paying attention what so ever after seeing them check the people in front of me out with less than 2 minutes of me walking in I stood there watching them ignore me for 20 minutes no other customers at all standing in line what so ever. Very rude and unprofessional will never come back.

I don't understand why you guys can't make a chocolate shake very well I'm disappointed Every time. If my wife says I am a fool to order the same thing every time It's better at Dairy Queen it's cheaper and it's faster there doesn't seem to be a recipe at your guys's place just a guessing game. A good chocolate shake is French Vanilla Ice cream and Hershey syrup there should be a recipe that the employees follow

I have been here on multiple occasions as it close to my house. On multiple occasions they have gotten my order wrong. I'm not sure if they don't know their own signature creations or if they just don't necessarily care, but getting charged over $6 for something you didn't want multiple times is ridiculous. Not sure of I will be going back. This might be my last time.

The amount of unsanitary employees in this cold stone blows my mind. One night I went in and there were no other customers in the store but one, it was a guy. I thought nothing of it until I saw in front of him was one of the employees sitting on the counter as this man was hugging her and grabbing her waist. She then proceeded to try to help us without washing her hands. On another occasion multiple employees had their masks under their nose. When dealing with food during a pandemic you would think they would wear their mask correctly. No matter how many times things have gone wrong at this store I still come back and try to give it a chance because it’s 5 minutes from my house. Another thing is don’t rely on the closing time online this cold stone closes when they want to whether it’s an hour early or 30 minutes early. And don’t bother trying to call the store to ask if they are open you will be sent to voicemail. I love cold stone and I truly wish these issues would be fixed.
