Very tasty but need more staff when busy

Gluten free fish and chips! Run, don’t walk! Gluten is among my food sensitivities, and Fish Out has a great allergen menu on their website so I could eat without worry. Pictured here is the Regular size, which is huge! The gluten free batter was crispy perfection and the fish was flaky.

Fab for anyone who has to eat gluten free. What a find! Beautiful lightly cooked chips, flaky fish & moreish mushy peas. A cold January day but tucked into a great lunch. Got to be one of the best fish & chips we've eaten.

Run by a pair of great guys, my partner and I dropped by after a very long walk for dinner- genuinely the best fish and chips I've ever had (and us Kiwis don't take that lightly). Everything cooked fresh, beautiful fish and fluffy chips, plus some great conversation as we were waiting and eating. Even if you hate fish and chips, you need to try this place- it'll convert you.

Delicious fish n peas (didn't fancy chips). Fish cooked while i waited so it was nice n hot and crispy. Its a Clean shop all the surfaces were clean . They fry in veg oil and don’t put meat products in oil.

Dec update - just tried Lemon and pepper on Small Haddock with mushy peas and of course lots of salt n vinegar - superb! The batter was thin n crispy and fish evenly coated - delicious.

Absolutely fabulous fish and chips. Got the regular fish and chips, GBP9.25 as of October 2023, and the fish is very large. We took the sorry walk to the Leeds Train Station, and say and ate them there. I got the Curry sauce for the chips, and it was delicious.

Cleverly hidden little chippy!
Not the cheapest place on earth, but, the fish and chips are brill.
Sat outside on the provided table and chairs, got myself a wet butt.
Still, enjoyed tucking into my classic fish and chips dinner though!
