Great Yorkshire traditional village pub........ Superb, well cooked tasty food, great cask ales, cosy atmosphere, coal fires. Nice outdoor large patio..... Opposite the oldest church in Yorkshire,in the village of Ledsham.

I came across this pub after a walk. The food is out of this world! The prawns were amazing and the fish was on point. Would really recommend stopping here.

A brilliant gem in the country side. I’m a big fan of this traditional country restaurant/pub. I enjoyed my visit to this place in Ledsham every time. Fantastic food and lovely atmosphere.
It’s very popular. Suitable for families and friends. We have been here numerous times in the past.
Their Sunday roast is amazing. You must try it! Booking is essential. We have also came here for some scrumptious lunches during the week. There are indoor and outdoor seatings. They also have indoor seatings upstairs which will be used when the restaurant is busy.
Service is great and timely. Staffs are very friendly. Clean restroom. A parking lot available just outside the building.
Definitely will return. Fully recommended!

First visit and won’t be the last. A great atmosphere in a lovely old pub. I enjoyed a risotto which was delicious. It would be nice to have a greater vegetarian choice. The staff were very friendly. Service wasn’t quick but in their defence the pub was very busy. Thank you for a great lunch experience

The kind of local pub that you dream of coming across. Old, charming, really well run by people with passion and knowledge, welcoming, unpretentious and unique.
We came for a drink and loved it, then came back for food the next day and loved it more.
Not cheap but very, very good value for money.

Our family lunch today was perfect, the food was plentiful and excellent quality.
Staff were extremely welcoming, warm and friendly.

Excellent place for a family Sunday Lunch. Menu restricted to roasts, but food was delicious, hot, well served with very generous portions. Beautiful Yorkshire Puds! Lovely Olde Worlde atmosphere and roaring fires. Would definitely eat here again.

Quintessential English country pub, log burners, great atmosphere and welcoming.
Food, drinks and service were excellent and staff went out if their way yo ensure we got home safely when our taxi didn't show up. Thank you!
