Very friendly staff. We had the lunch menu and it also provides nice vegetarian bangers and mash. Definitely be coming back 🙂🙂

The food in this place is really good, spicy and flavourful- I was really pleasantly surprised. My husband had the burger with Stilton, mushroom and garlic and I had three small plates. The nachos were the best I’ve ever had, the chicken wings were huge and flavourful and the prawns in a tandoori sauce were gorgeous. I would highly recommend.

Great place, seemingly a little overlooked as people don't realise how good it is! Lovely staff, great pub food, well cooked and presented and very reasonable prices! Have eaten several different meals here and all faultless. Will be back at every opportunity.

Nice pub tucked away near the train station. The chicken wings are superb, but only for being double wins but also the flavouring. 3 can ales to choose from and all the other usual labels and ciders etc. Nice atmosphere with friendly staff, gets busy on match days!

There were 13 in our party dining at The West Riding. The food was great, I had the Christmas turkey meal. It was a generous portion and tasty, the tomato soup as starter was hot (temperature) and well flavoured. 4 of us ate from the festive menu and the rest from the regular main menu. I had good reports back on the other food which included steak pie, fish and chips, gammon and eggs and rump steak, said to be very tasty and cooked to requested finish. The process before hand in making a large booking was made easy by the helpful manager and on the night the staff were well drilled and got the meals on the table together. They were all friendly and polite, it was a happy atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

This is a very long corner plot pub and diner...Kieran (chef) met me early doors... So I could complete my work here.
The cleaner was in doing an exceptional job... The place looked spotless
The pub is very long with plenty of seating and standing room... Also tables and chairs outside for warmer days
Very tastefully decorated and popular with the locals, City centre pub that serves food, drink and shows sports on the numerous televisions placed through the trade area.

West Riding is a fantastic venue with a rustic aesthetic and really helpful and cheery staff. The venue boasts multiple screens for sports viewing and reasonable prices across the board.

Favourite pub I've been to in Leeds. Nice spacious layout, plenty of screens for sport, helpful staff, and when the covers are open a very pleasant smoking terrace and outdoor drinking area. I can't wait to visit again soon
