Wow! Thanks for the tip! Gluten free fish and chips were wonderful, with a light crispy batter, and a thick fillet of really fresh tasting haddock. Worth travelling for! (Specially if you are Celiac), but their regular fish and chips looked wonderful too.

Always good fish & chips on a Friday lunch time. Service is friendly and efficient. The lunch time special is always good & great value too!!

Been here many times and it's a great fish & chip shop when they get it right. The odd occasion when they're really busy they tend to rush the chips, we'd rather wait than have underdone chips. Portion size is massive and taste perfect when they're not rushed. I'd recommend ordering the bigger fish. Nothing wrong with the regular size though, seen way smaller portions elsewhere. Batter is golden brown and crispy. Mushy peas, 10 on 10.

Always nice here and find it easier by doing click and collect, esp on big complexity orders. Unfortunately the only thing they don't do are scallops but they do do a Minted Pea & Potato Fritter, which is pea and potatoes mashed up with mint sauce and fried. It was lovely, reminded me of pie and peas with mint sauce. Only issue here, which is not fault to the business is parking 🅿️ outside
