Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for a wonderful burger! The service was quick, the food was hot, and when I explained I had an allergy and couldn’t have the phone or onion rings on the burger they suggested a lettuce wrap, which totally surprised me! Very polite! Thank you again I tried to call you but the number was no good so kudos to you and your staff

The burger meat was on Point! My husband said it was super yummy! I got he mushroom Swiss. Don't recommend this sandwich! The gravy and mushroom sauce definitely taste canned and was so hot I had to let it sit, by then it soaked rapidly into my bread. Good meat though!

I walked in and the cashiers just looked at me with blank stares. The bathroom is disgusting. Urine all over the toilet seats. Toilet paper filling the toilet so it can’t flush. Trash on the floor. I hurried up and got out of there. I’m not eating in a place that has a filthy bathroom. If they don’t clean the bathroom then they probably aren’t cleaning the kitchen or their hands.

Just left the drive thru and was told they're CLOSED and it wasn't even 9 pm when the website states they close at 12 am!! As we was pulling off there was guests leaving out of the dining room so something strange was obviously happening, my guess is that those young kids was probably ready to enjoy their Friday night & decided to close early...JUST SAD

The lady taking order was friendly and accurate😍 The young lady taking payment and giving food was nice and food was HOT🔥🔥 A N D RIGHT💜💜💜 Even warned me my fries just came out the oil and were HOT☺☺Will definitely be back💯💯

Horrible. Inedible. Pitiful. False advertising. "Give us your money, we'll give you a bag of mystery meat slop." Does this sandwich remotely look like the pictured sandwich? I don't know if this is the worst Hardees in the fleet, or all Hardees have become this bad. I will not visit this Hardees again. I remember when Hardees led the industry 25-50 years ago. What a shame and disappointment.
