We had food delivered to the office. It was great. Everything was packaged so well. We purchase the signature chicken salads and cold was with cold and hot was separate. PERFECT!

It's ice cream, it's Friendly's, it's iconic! The service lived up to the name! The decor seemed a little dated and dingy, but it wasn't dirty or anything, just a vibe.

This establishment has been around for a long time! They have food here but are known for their ice cream and sundaes. I got the Fishamajig Super Melt sandwich, which came with a free sundae. The Fishamajig Supermelt was good m, but the fries were mediocre. The fries tasted like it had been microwaved and isn’t as fresh as I would like it to be. The black raspberry sundae with hot fudge and whip-cream was not too overly sweet, which I like. They have a bunch of different sundaes that I want to come back to try next time. Service here was very welcoming and friendly.

At the Friendly's on Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA: Delicious food. Sister and I had the pastrami sandwich. Kind, attentive host and server. Good music playing in the background. I would definitely come again. Only downside-wish they had a short ramp or handicap curb for folks with walkers. Otherwise, fabulous!
