This is the WORST Chick-fil-A of all Chic-Fil-As!!! The food is NEVER hot! They never get your order correct! There’s this one associate by the name of DAWN that has the NASTIEST attitude!! She nevers says “My Pleasure” when you thank her, and she is just overall NASTY! Very unsatisfied with my experience and such unprofessionalism from this location!!

Love those Frozen Lemon Milkshake. Just gotta have one. Only problem is needs to be larger in size. Chicken to me is to sweet and not my favorite but my 9 year old son is totally different. This is the only place other than Pepperoni Personal Pizza are the only two items he will eat and Chic Fila is a almost daily stop.

Management was rude and inconsiderate. If given the chance I would love to speak with upper management about the attitude of your employees. I have never ever been to a Chick-fil-A and had a ruder experience then a McDonald’s drive through. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service, the food and the experience. I will not be coming back the the Commerce LaGrange store.

Food was great but they messed up my order… I did a mobile order for two Chick-fil-A biscuit meals, add bacon, and I received two plain bacon biscuits- no Chicken. When I called to let them know about the error it took more trouble than I expected to get my chicken. Staff was super duper nice, The manager seemed pretty unbothered and uncaring though.

I've never been disappointed at a chick fil a. Like, its chick fil a!! That says it all!! But this place was definitely different. Fries were undercooked, milkshake came all melted (was brought to us about 15min into dining), salad was not fresh and my chicken filet was not cut, and the list goes on. Then the highchairs were disgusting. They must've not been wiped for days or weeks? Idk. I could not wipe off the sticky stuffs on the chairs with my baby wipes so my babies sat in dirty chairs. Tables were not cleaned and it wasn't even busy. I did a mobile order for dine in but I got ZERO condiments that I ordered. When I told them I was missing the condiments, staff only gave us 2 of each but ordered nearly 10 condiments. We were given drinks without straws. Literally list goes on. Staff were not rude, but were not kind and warm like all other chick fil a's I've been to. I will likely not eat at this one again. Not easy to eat out as a family with 3 children under 2yrs and have your order messed up

Always Elevated Customer Service... This company never fails to provide Great service with excellent food. Cars can be wrapped around the building and you still get your food in just a few minutes like you was the second car in line every time! I love this place and you could too, Just drop by and grab and Sammich!
