Bigv Restaurant

Food not edible. Order omelet with sausage egg cheese potatoes with gravy on top. Very sweet not edible. Sent back. They said it was the homemade sausage. Reorder eggs and bacon. Bacon so greasy used napkin to soak up grease. Order eggs medium cook to death. I know the restaurant is new but according to the help others had complained also.

Absolutely love there food but ... I worked there very awkward/ drama drama drama . the portions are off you have to order2x what the serving size is to get full . The owners are young so i undstand if they cut food back to help with costs but if you can’t afford a restaurant don’t open one . When I was in there a lady was touching all of the silverware and was touching her nose 😷 she brought my food and I hadn’t got my drink yet after I reminded her not once but twice about a straw never got one.my mother the same day asked for a new spoon bc it was dirty with coffee on it she aregued with my mom saying it was a stain on the spoon 🙄🙄my mom just put it down and took mine instead have not been back sense. Nobody really looks professional everyone is kinda sloppy except the cook . Really small and the owner really made my mother uncomfortable by suggesting that she go out with another coustomer that was in the booth next to us talking loudly about how single she was UN-PROFESSIONAL ....

Halle I am sorry you feel that way about our restaurant. If you feel like we are unprofessional then that is your opinion and I respect that, their is no need to post hateful comment on our page if you have an issue you can come in and speak to either me or Aaron and we can resolve the issue and speak to the server you saw that day.
