Arby's

I'm torn. This Arby's, food, and staff are great!! The worst, lowest quality product you have on your menu is the curly fries. It's been the last few years? Almost every one of the fries had some form of rot (not skin-big difference). I'm always hopeful I'll get decent, edible curly fries, but it's always such a disappointment. Please please please find another vendor who has a quality product. I'm tired of eating around the rot or throwing the fries out (they're so good). We do pay enough money, so I'm hoping you do a serious upgrade. (pic is just a small sample from tonight)

One of the most extreme waits and no real support for the trainie who had a hard time understanding orders, names, and finding things in the computer apparently after multiple times of being shown. Food was correct but was a lunch for work and ended being 2 people to order from my office and I was out for over an hour just waited and took about 10 minutes just to order my 1 order then 5 for the same exact order. Just a little frustrating when it should be fast food.

Ordered 6 classic beef and cheddar and 8 mozeralla sticks from Highbury and Oxford in London I am from out of town got in my car and realized none of them had cheddar on them . Went back in and was told I was only charged for beef, I work in fast food for 40 years if you make the mistake you fix it without being charged. No apology no we will fix asked for additional 4.05 said I didn't bring my wallet in. Where I work we fix our mistakes even if it cost the restaurant

Every time we go to Arby's, my partner and I are like "wow we should really go more often!" And then forget it exists for 3 more months. It's pretty nice though, as long as you like horsey sauce and Arby's sauce. You might not believe it but the crinkle fries are actually a decent contender to the curly ones. Don't kid yourself that it's like ~better~ than McDonald's or something, but if you need a breath of fresh roast beef, here's your quarterly reminder to have a bite. I guess this review is for the franchise more than the location, well the location is... Fine? You get what you order.
