Tim Hortons

Went today and ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich and it tasted good but I noticed rotten black lettuce on it before I finished it. This is gross and totally unacceptable. As someone who has worked in fast food before you CANNOT serve gross lettuce like this to customers. Please be more careful with the produce you use in the future!

Worst customer service ! The manager woman with the glasses was so disrespectful and rude to me after they spilt my coffee all over me and my car , not to mention the coffee was max wrong. I asked for napkins to quickly wipe it up and put it back in their tray they use to pass the coffee and the manager then accused me of throwing it, my hand was still of napkins I had to place them in the box or they would have blown away, I didn’t throw it at all: I even made her correct how she worded it. Every time I go get they get my order wrong ! I will never return.

Pulled up to the left side window in the drive thru, no one greeted us for 2 minutes. Someone pulled up to the right side window and they were greeted instantly. It took saying "I was here waiting first?" Before anyone even took our order. The man who took our order was not listening and kept messing everything up. It was only 3 basic drinks. Once we got everything finally sorted out and drove up it took 15 minutes to get through the line despite only 4 cars being there. When we got to the window the woman working the window was extremely rude. She did not greet us. She mumbled "medium latte" but we've been to this Tim's multiple times where they have been too focused on taking more orders rather than taking care of the person in front of them so we thought nothing of it. Scanned our rewards card where we were supposed to have a buy one get one free offer for 2 hot drinks. The woman told us the total and we paid. She then handed us one drink and said "Have a good one" and when we said "This is not my order, there is supposed to be 3 drinks" she proceeded to cop an even worse attitude and said "I said mediun latte" ok and? Your communication was garbage? Anyways she fixed the order and told us we'd have to pay for 2 more drinks despite the latte being more expensive than what we should've owed anyways with the offer. We declined and she said "I'll just charge you for 1 more then" and refused to give us our stuff until another drink was paid for. Already annoyed we agreed and got our stuff and left. So we waited far too long, were not served in sequential order, were given uncalled for attitude after being given the wrong items, and ultimately were over charged for subpar quality drinks. This Tim Hortons gets worse by the day. This is not the first terrible experience we've had here but it will be the last. Teach your staff some manners, this is disgusting customer service and if they don't want to work there they shouldn't - plenty of other great folks looking for work.

Hi my name is Sahibdeep Singh I came at night for Steep tea and the timing was 10:15pm and they have charge me for the steep tea and it was not even hot and I told the staff that give me hot one and they said that we don’t have the hot one so if they do not have they must not charge for it. Moreover So much vulgar Ethical behaviour and attitude they have shown as I left my toastie please over there I’m not even asked for the refund back.

I just made a stop at this Pioneer location and ordered an Extra large coffee and 10 plain timbits. My little one and her friends love to decorate the plain timbits. When I drove to the window she handed me my coffee, which is always a finger and a half or 2 finger depth lower then where it should be but I never complain or leave a review. They hand me the timbits in a bag and I was shocked that they gave me 10 timbits in a bag as if they are being given to an animal. They always come in a box when you order 10 timbits or more. I brought that up to her and asked why they are not in a box she responded well it's plain timbits... we have a biebs box.... Whoever thought this was appropriate needs to be spoken to. This was extremely disrespectful and degrading.

My husband just got back home from here. He ordered an everything bagel, toasted, with butter and two cheese slices. He paid for the extra cheese to add on, and of course, they didn't put it on. This location has been going downhill in service. It seems like no one reads the whole order on the order screens. Be prepared to repeat yourself several times at this location. VERY slow service as well. It's too bad; this location use to be really nice in service years ago. :( Updated: I went here twice this week. I waited 16 minutes in the drive-thru the first time and 12 the second. It's ridiculous how slow this location is both inside and drive-thru. Today, I ordered a box of assorted Timbits. Apparently, assorted at this location means only two flavours.
