Hubcap Grill

My wife and I love this place. The burgers are great. The meat is thick, not thin, and full of flavor. The buns are large, not the little kind most places serve. And there is a great selection of different types of burgers and toppings. Nice atmosphere outdoors on the deck or in the dining room. Try the Craft beers on tap as well. UPDATE: I recently found out that the Hubcap Grill is moving to my town of neighboring Seabrook at 1918 NASA Pkwy. Looking forward to this!

Just discovered this little gem and the burgers are amazing. Hub Cap Grille has a nice deck (handicap accessible) and a wide variety of custom burgers from which to choose. Their drink selection is impressive including many craft beers as well as their very own sodas with stuff like Vanilla Cream Soda, Root Beer, and lots of others (pic provided). Service is fast and friendly!

Simply Awesome. I used to go to the downtown location when I worked about a block away but it was packed and I was on foot. This location is somewhat closer to home and has a much larger menu, still about 30-40 minutes away. The downtown location is open 11-3 only and down the street from Minute Maid Park.. I made my order and received my food in about 5 minutes. I sat down on the bench and enjoyed the Kemah scenery while savoring the food. I got the Texas BBQ burger with Texas Fries minus the onions with a Mexican coke. Never had Mexican coke before but it has real sugar in it. It was a bit pricey but you get a lot to eat. The burgers are about as big as Whataburger, as in diameter, but has thicker patties and plenty of toppings. The fries is a nice big pile covered in toppings. A fork is required to eat them. I really look forward to my next trip to the area so I can stop in again and try something else.
