Ihop

The breakfast was good and wonderful service. The Grand Slam came out good. The bacon wasn't greasy. The eggs,pancakes, hash brown,and ham was real good.. Only problem I noticed was the ac was out and the employees are burning up in there. The service from the employees was wonderful even though it's extremely hot on the job for them. So thanks to the young lady who took our order and the others.

They got my order wrong a few times but the food was good. Plus I got a complementary milkshake for the wait. Food is good but it's kind of a recurring theme for IHOP to get orders wrong. I'd recommend Denny's if anything since the food probably tastes better and I've yet to have issues with my order there. There's also a long wait time here at IHOP so if you're in a rush it's definitely not the place to go for a quick breakfast. The tables were also sticky and one of the cups the milk was served in was not cleaned properly in the last IHOP I went to. Food quality here at IHOP is overall ok but I'd recommend just going somewhere else maybe. I guess IHOP is not really what it used to be.

Worst service I have ever experienced. Staff is busy playing and not helping the newest waitress... manager is ignoring the new waitress and at the end I didn't get anything I order cause no one would help her. This store needs some major help in the basic customer service and team work. Sad to see so much disrespect in one building.

Um… 0 stars. Walked in at 3:30 am tonight and they said, “We are not taking any orders. We stop after a certain time.” Pretty much said, “We don’t want to work right now.” A few minutes later, they said, “We start serving at 4am.” You can’t be called 24hrs if you don’t serve at all hours of the day… The other 3 employees were just chit chatting at a table. Looks to me that they want to get paid to do nothing. Just wanted to make management aware.

If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I would. As soon as we walked in the door, a customer was yelling at the manager working the hostess counter saying that the waitress taking care of her table should be fired. That should have been our first sign to turn around and leave. After several minutes, we were finally seated. Multiple waitress walked passed us. Fifteen minutes passed and no one had even acknowledged us. Finally, I heard two waitress arguing over who was suppose to take our table. One of the waitresses asked if anyone had waited on us and I said no. She walked off. We watched another table get seated and waited on right away. We finally got up and walked out. No one stopped us to even ask what was wrong. We will never return to this restaurant. Please stear clear!

The food was okay it was a little cool not as hot as I like my food to come out of the kitchen per se and it is very pricey I know prices have gone up everywhere but $30 for two people to eat breakfast is downright outrageous. One customer was showing everyone her plate looks like she had sugar ants in her syrup
