Quality of food and service has gone down terribly compared to the first 3 years or so that location was open. Today I ordered a Big Ham & Cheese sandwich. What I got had maybe 1/3 the amount of ham as the picture on the menu board. I asked for another sandwich that looked like the picture on their menu. The new sandwich had maybe 1/2 the ham in their picture. So I settled for that. Posting a picture of the second sandwich. First sandwich had about half this much ham.

We ordered the thick burger and the star with cheese combo. Both were so good, I recommend getting either, and curly fries were so hot, awesome!

There was only 2 people working. It took almost 30 mins to get through the drive thru. The 2 people working were both very nice and trying really hard but this isn't the first time something like this has happened at this location.

Delicious food and lovely customer service, but had to wait awhile.

I love the breakfast biscuits they have here. I usually get the meal and the price is relatively competitive with all the other fast food restaurants in the area. I would recommend that you get there early as the drive through line can be long and once it starts to back up the wait time increases and this location is on a busy road so it can get backed up quickly. Also, the coffee that is served is usually pretty good. I think they can give other coffee shops a run for the money. Except when the coffee is old then it does not taste very good at all.

I forgot how good their Chicken Sandwich was. My kids loved their Hot Ham and Cheese and Frisco Burger too.

This was horrible. The burger looked and tasted like it came from Southside freezer 2 years ago. I threw it away after 2 bites and I was taught NOT to throw away food.

I come through Jackson couple times a year and stay few days food is always good and service is excellent. Reviews always say drive thru was slow but I have never seen that
