1 star, not because the food but because one of the girls working there is SUPER passive aggressive and just seems annoyed at her job and seems to not want to help anyone. I get not wanting to work especially the service industry, but you're not happy where you're at, then look for something else. One thing about the service industry is serving. Meaning you have to communicate with your customers and help them.

I placed an order online with subway and I notice that I input in the wrong zip code. When I called this location to see if I can cancel the order first they said they did not receive no order and it must be a different location. I received another email stating my order is almost ready. I called back and a guy answer the phone. I told him that I called before and if I can cancel the order. He said yes with a mean tone and hang up the phone on me and I was not done. Terrible customer service!!!! Wish I could give them 0 :(

I asked for a courtesy cup of water after ordering a foot long. The lady said they don't have cups therefore I don't get a courtesy. Not good service in my opinion 7/26/21 1:40pm

The boy that worked there was very rude!! He kept trying to rush me and jump ahead on what I wanted on my sandwich! Lied to me about what I asked for on my sandwich. I asked for the new Italian sandwich and to add pepperoni then he asked what kinda cheese I wanted I said the new mozzarella. He said thats gonna cost u extra. I said why extra and he said u have to get the sandwich exactly like it is on the board. I said it is but I just added pepperoni. He said well see it's not the same sandwich if you add pepperoni. Very rude. Also I had my cousin with me standing in line behind me waiting to get her sandwich. Then another person came up front and started making a sandwich for someone else in line behind my cousin. Very rude staff.

Never in all my life have I never been greeted at a subway this lady just got up from her phone the back not speaking at all as I called for her started opening up Khalid the first thing I ask is that you can get any tuna is a towel inside she said no there’s only two spots left radical drive I asked her to put a little more mayonnaise on my sandwich and she overflowed it like it was the Hoover dam
