Horrible service and horrible attitude Last time going here I asked for a burger saying they didn’t have it even though it was at their location on the bk app but I ordered something else. After receiving my order they had given me a wrong item with a bun looking like it had mold so I went inside and asked for curly fries and a different sandwich but when they say my fries they said “thats not how many fries we gave you and the burn only looks burnt” but when I said Thats how many fries you gave me she snatched my items and threw them away with force having a horrible attitude. Don’t come here if you want a right order with good service

Drive thru cashier did not punch my order in correctly. Didn't notice till I got home, missing items wrong items. This location always seems to have this issue. Will be going else where from now on. They need training and actual decent wages, money motivates people. Otherwise it's just a job and the business suffers. You need people with pride not there for just a paycheck. Which I'm sure the pay is low balled, no incentive.

I don’t think it’s fair that supposedly one of the employees can have her kids in the playground without supervision around 4-5 years old but they don’t let customers with kids in the playground. And when asked why they other kids were their that’s what the employee said so why was their father there?

some staff is ok they TURN OFF the LIGHTS in the restroom so people that stay outside don't use restroom and it affects customers that do go inside and buy i understand they don't want to clean but its still a public restaurant and should be ready while open for its costumers 😒 this needs to be reported to corporate
