Del Taco

If I could give no stars I would. I just went and ordered at least 14 fish tacos and more than half had the tortilla undercooked or not cooked at all. It would tear in half. What bothered me the most was the fact that that the ones which had a cooked tortilla were placed on top of the bag hiding the bottom bag.

Definitely not "fast food" at lunch time. Be prepared to spend practically half of your lunch waiting to get your food on some days. And don't think that going inside would be any faster because it won't be. Actually it'll probably take you longer. It did with me. However, the food is worth the wait! Everything that I've tried there exceeds Taco Bell by miles.

Del Taco is great. The quesadillas are made with real cheese and the chicken is really good. You can also get French fries and cheeseburgers, etc. Which are decent, as well. Always nice to have more options! The Hillsboro location was a go-to lunch spot for years with my "old crew", back in the "before times". Tried the drive through the other day for the first time and it was good. The quality slip here seems less noticeable than at other establishments (based on my most recent experience). Enjoy! : )

Angela the manager provided terrible customer service! I ordered 3 Beyond Meat Tacos, the special on Dell Tacos page on Door Dash says for every beyond meat taco purchased get one free. I called simply to tell them there was some kind of a mix up, Angela told be she did not give a F#^C. I did not even ask for my money back, all I wanted was for them to look at the ad and see they were not honoring their own special. Angela told me it was not her problem over 10 times. I wonder if its not the manager's problem whose is it? If I was the owner of that store I would fire her immediately for customer service like that! Del Taco this manager is TOXIC to your business.

This was my first time having Del Taco. I haven't been missing much. 😕 I ordered the chicken taco meal. The chicken in the taco tasted like canned chicken that's been heated up. The tacos were mostly lettuce. The "Epic" chicken burrito was ok but I wouldn't order it again. The fries are good, as weird as that is coming from a taco place.
