Panera Bread

Had a good experience but not the best. It might have been too early for everyone as it was around 6am and folks working at Panera needed some more coffee in them. It took literally 18 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I walked out the door with my order (bagel toasted with eggs & bacon with a fruit bowl). Bear in mind there was only 1 other customer than me in the store. Everyone was in super slow mode. They forgot my fruit bowl when handing over the order at the pickup area. It’s not the customers responsibility to check if their order is complete, somehow staff members keep forgetting this The location itself is a bit dated and could use font freshening up cosmetically.

I don't do reviews normally but thought this is worth sharing.Portion sizes have been shrinking lately. The half sandwiches are so tiny! almost like a kids meal. The salad portions have been reduced to half. We ordered the family meal for $70 ( total). There was barely enough for 2 people. We used to love panera bread. Not any more.

The "signature take" sandwich was put together poorly. The staff are younger and are considerably rude, especially to sole-frequent customers. There's a presence of an apparent homeless gentleman who perpetually claims a booth to himself and acts as if this particular location is his home to protect. Very strange dynamic at this cafe.

We saw your advertisement on TV about the new chicken sandwiches and we're very interested. I stopped in and got the Spicy chicken sandwiches for my wife and myself. I was somewhat surprised when I went to pay for them at almost $12 each and received a small sack with 2 small cardboard containers. About the size of cheese burgers at McDonald's. Long story short, the sandwiches we received look nothing like the ones on TV. They were much smaller and had no lettuce or condiments . Really nothing special about the sandwich other than the outstanding prices. Live and learn. Everything looks and taste better on tv

Bread was a bit stale. I had also ordered a focaccia bread and when my order was ready, it wasn't included. When I tried to stop a staff member to ask about it, the response was quizzical and then an attitude of "that's not my job". They simply could have said that I needed to check in again at the front register. Normally I love Panera but pretty turned off by this location now.

I paid $21 for two steaks and cheese sandwiches the size of my tiny hand with a piece of bread… so yeah we still hungry. Better eat on Starbucks for comparison. I understand that everything is expensive but charge me more and give me a right size. Quality is the same as good but if you are hungry this is not the sandwich that will satisfy you. Sorry I have no pictures, I thought for a second that I was too hungry to review complaining but after finishing we can totally feel that the small size was not because we were hungry. I did order togo.

I don't normally do reviews, as I don't like the idea of pointing out something that could possibly be a one time sloppy job... ...but lately I've been quite disappointed with Panera Bread. I'm not really sure what's going on behind the kitchen since the pandemic hit. This sloppiness has been on-going for quite sometime now. I noticed the quality and the content of BLT Roast Turkey & Avocado sandwich continues to depreciate. I mean, to pay $20.08 for a delivery with this quality of a sandwich is quite a sloppy job and a rip off. I could make a way better sandwich with less. I think I'm done with this place until they decided to actually put an equal or a decent enough effort into how much they charge for a simple sandwich. Panera, go take a sandwich class from Corner Bakery. Shame on you!
