Subway

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to the fact that the 2 employees that were working while obviously being bullied by the woman name Keira Keiana. Or however you spell her name. She's the most rude ignorant arrogant person I've ever come into contact with in subway. She thought she was above her coworkers the way she spoke to them and treated them. Is ridiculous. I was so infuriated that I didn't even get my drinks I paid for. You should be a shamed to have a person of her nature work for subway. NOONE SHOULD BE BELITTLED FOR ASKING A SIMPLE QUESTION OR NOT MOVING FAST ENOUGH. Thank you to the young man and woman that were also working and kept a smile the whole time while she treated them like garbage.

Love this Subway. It's nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and they take extra measures to make sure you have a nice meal. While I was in they had a van of special needs adults arrive for lunch. The staff were very kind and patient to each and every one of the customers actually to an impressive degree. The best part came when the group left and the staff said to one another that they loved it when the group came in. It was so nice and they probably had no idea I heard them. The food here is always nice and fresh. I like that they have cherry peppers and spinach as toppings. The bread is nice and actually fresh here, no hard dry ends like at some Subway's.

Ordered two subs on the app this morning at 8:30. Picked them up and when I got home both subs were wrong! When I called in to say something the woman that was there (“the manager”) ALREADY KNEW THAT SHE MESSED UP BOTH SUBS! All she did was offer a 10% discount. I went back in to see if there was someone higher up than her in the store and she got snotty with me and said she could only give me 10%. I asked her to just remake the subs and she had to call someone (I’m guessing the store owner) to ask if it was okay to remake them! In the end I did get my subs remade after a five minute conversation with him and her being snarky and going in the back of the store while I was on the phone with the owner. Never going back to this store!
