I placed an order tonight and when I got home I found a ticket of some kind in my famous bowl. I contacted the store and they offered to make another one for me. I stated I lost my appetite from it and asked for refund instead. They said they can do that but it would have to in person. So I drove 15 minutes back to the location where they then only offered to refund the famous bowl and nothing else. I also was not given a receipt showing any of this. I was only shown it but told I cant have a copy and that they have to keep it. Wont be going back again is an understatement.

PATHETIC. Got the meal for $35 total, got home and it's total embarrassment for Col. Sanders. Sharing the pic of the "sides": 2 half-full containers of mashed, a teeny container 1/2 full of gravy for those potatoes, cole slaw a little over half-full. I can tell you no more of our hard-earned cash will be spent there again. This is the SECOND time they have been "a bit lacking" in the food they charge you that kind of money for. Weis Markets had chicken that is just as good, for a price that is actually worth what you get - I wouldn't even give KFC ONE star if i didn't have to, but there is no NEGATIVE star...

STAY AWAY! Currently the Worst drive-thru in Hanover, and this is not hyperbole. Just to give you a peek into the horribleness that is this location, twice in a row they take my order, my money, and THEN tell me at the window that they cannot give me a 3 piece extra crispy meal. Not enough chicken, apparently. What in the world? Also, keep in mind, I waited for over 20 minutes in line both times. Tell me beforehand that you cannot fill even the most basic of orders and I will go elsewhere with my time and money.
