Burger King

You can tell just how dry a double cheese burger is. Double cheese you’d expect two slices of cheese but I got one. I bought two of these and asked for extra onion. This is what I got. Also add I didn’t get the receipt most likely because they don’t want reviews. They barely put ketchup and mustard on as well. Burger Pattie’s were so dry. Don’t come here. I won’t anymore.

Horrible customer service. We were waiting for service when a lady in line wanted a refund because she asked for no bun on her burger. We watched 3 people touch her food with no gloves. She asked for a refund and the manager told her " no, your wasting food, that's not a valid reason" she told him she just wanted a refund because the food was cross contaminated, and because of COVID 3 different people touched her food. They argued back and forth and the manager just kept yelling and making a scene. Eventually 4 of us had enough and left. The whole front of the resteraunt cleared because of the managers poor customer service

Took one bite of a Whopper at 11:30AM on Saturday (YUKK!) Clearly from the previous night! Meat and bread tasted horrific. Called them and they made me a much better burger, tasted completely different... obviously said something was wrong with their broiler. I call B.S the owner is cheap if you ask me. Unacceptable!!

This Burger is not as good as the others, but since it's the most easily accessible one in Hamilton due to parking space and open to midnight, I still go there. Sometime the orders take forever to complete, salad in the burger is not fresh, burger end up cold, tables can be dirty. However, it is definitely a bit better than before the renovation, which was way worse back then.
