Deserves a 10 star review, the place is beautifully decorated it has that New York soho vibe. The staff greeted us with friendly smile and was very accommodating. This is a tapas style restaurant, with small but filling portion. We had the Coconut Shrimp, Lamp Spring roll, Hamilton Hot Chicken, Mushroom Cheese Gnocchi, Meatballs and sourdough bread with ricotta spread. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ all so delicious. I have to admit it has one of the best tasting food in Hamilton. This a must visit place to enjoy with friends or just for a date night! Thanks to Matt and his staff for a memorable night. My wife and I went to Berkeley North for the first time tonight for a date night! It will definitely NOT be our last time. We had an outstanding time and would recommend! The restaurant accommodated our request for a more private table without even blinking an eye. The food, drinks, ambience and service was amazing. Our server checked on us throughout the evening, explained the menu and answered any questions we had. We were promptly greeted and seated when we arrived and when we left we were thanked by multiple staff members for coming and all said goodnight! The prices fairly reflected the service and meal we had. Our food and drinks all arrived quickly (and hot) and we never felt rushed. The fresh cheese and sourdough is out of this world!

We visited Berkeley North for brunch on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t very busy. We had made reservations and were promptly seated and served. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was clean. There’s no specific brunch menu but the lunch menu has a few brunch type options. We ordered the smoked salmon plate, shakshuka, and the featured quiche, all for two of us to share. The serving sizes weren’t too small but not too big either, so it made sense for us to order three things to share. It was a bit pricey but all the food tasted delicious.

Amazing experience at this restaurant with the most delicious food! Food - the fried eggplant and coconut shrimp were amazing! Also the chana rolls and fried chicken were delicious. Atmosphere - the decor was beautiful, so many lovely plants and perfect lighting. Not too loud, cozy booths and tables not too close together. Service - exceptional! Our server Alex was very attentive to our needs and took the time to explain the menu very well. The timing of the food coming out was perfect. The little considerations were hugely appreciated - bringing a canister of hot water for our mom, quickly bringing over napkins when we spilled a drink (sorry!) and constantly filling our water/drinks. We didn’t have to ask for anything - the servers were always steps ahead! We had several staff tend to our table which shows the incredible team work of the staff at this restaurant. Cannot wait to return and try more dishes!
