Shortys Pizza

The pizza was amazing. We got the 14' Margherita pie and also a slice of cheese pizza. The pizza is extremely thin NYC style pizza and the crust is honestly so crispy. The quality and taste of the food was amazing. The pizza sauce, oil and the cheese were all outstanding. Highly recommended if you're missing NYC pizza or if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. The dips were honestly some of the best I've had, we got the garlic dip and the chili oil dip. Can't wait to come back.

WARNING: If you are allergic to sesame seeds stay away. The sesame seeds all over the crust are to cover up their sloppy workmanship, the big gap between the edge and the cheese line. I believe they spray oil to make the seeds stick. Its a Huge large pizza. The pepperoni is nice, like a caciatore. Pizza tastes good BUT $32 for a large pepperoni???? Sorry but nope. Note, there is absolutely no parking. You have to stop on Cannon St and keep your blinkers on. Good luck finding parking on side streets. I parked at the old Becker's convenience store. There are tables, chairs and a TV but I'm guessing that's for local foot traffic.

Best Pizza In Canada, hands down! It is the closest thing we have found since moving back to Canada from the NYC to our favourite pie. Worked our way through half the menu and it keeps impressing. Albeit the classic margherita is our go to gold standard, and they nail it every time! Call in advance and plan to enjoy it, they craft their pizza and it is worth the wait!

NY style pizza is hard to do right. Making it thin crust while still filling is no easy task but I believe Shorty's pulls it off flawlessly. Many things make Shorty's the best NY-style pizza in Hamilton Fantastic thincrust pizza. Among the best in the city. The sizes are great and will fill you up. Good atmosphere. If you like dips the garlic dill is legendary. I would reccomend the spicy sausage.The White pizza is also a must have if you come here. Be warned it does get busy as any quality pizza place does, and the location makes parking a bit difficult if you want to dine in. However the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.
