Amazing Mexican fast-food! Burrito Boyz > All other Mexican fast food chains like BarBurrito, Bandido and others. They have a simple to choose menu (standard size) and great value-for-money portions. We had a quesadilla and a naked burrito bowl and left full and happy. They had one high chair for our baby as well! Washrooms were usable and overall the staff was courteous and trying to do their best given the busy weekend it was with lots of walk-ins and delivery orders.

I got a chicken bowl. There were big chucks of lettuces not chopped or anything. Burnt rice, burnt chicken. And then i called to tell them about it, supervisor didn’t even apologize.

I've been going to Burrito Boyz now for 15 years back to the original location on Peter St. in Toronto. I've always loved the Burrito and although each new franchise tasted a little bit different and inconsistent, this Hamilton location has always been great.....until today. I've been getting burritos at least twice per month from this location and it has always been good.
Today the Burrito tasted completely different. I don't know why, it was just bland. No seasoning, less sauces, less of everything. The large steak burrito was noticeably smaller. Rather than a nice round burrito it looked flat, I could tell right away. Also I paid $17 for a large steak and a can of coke. $17!!!!! I understand inflation is at 7% and food costs are up but $17!!!! for a smaller, tasteless burrito!!! You guys are trippin'. Are you under new owners or something?? Must be!
You just lost one of your original loyal customers and a true ambassador for your brand. You have made it impossible for me to come back.

Ordered for the first time tonight, chicken burrito. Either they put the wrong chicken in or the Menu should note that the chicken is actually quite spicy. As someone who can't handle a lot of spice, I couldn't eat it all. Also, the lettuce was soggy and there was no cheese. Very disappointed.

Taste had gone down so much,something is wrong,owner has to look into it ,people won't come back if taste is not gonna be like before,staff was very nice and friendly 5 star for the staff.

People are coming for good food so we can enjoy but the taste is spoling our mood,please be honest with your customers, they should get quality of product for each dollar they are spending.

My favourite burrito place in Hamilton's burgeoning burrito district. Very tasty toppings and they allow you to swap out cheese for guac, which is a big plus! Their chips can be a bit stale, but nobodys perfect. Would definitely recommend!

Mediocre burritos. Lady at the front forget to put in my fries and it made me sad because I can’t eat a burrito without fries. Their music was so bad too and there was a guy singing along which kind of made it worse. Burritos bandidos is so much better

I work in the restaurant biz and know u might wanna close but you gotta half n hour still. Hung up on first call. Rude. Gross the second call. Il order some where else . Why cuz theres 2 other businesses close to you. Thanks for the wake up call. Zero.
