Spring Grill House

Interesting all you can eat experience on Hamilton Mountain. Korean BBQ? At Spring Grill house you cook your own food at special tables that have their own BBQ grill located in the middle of the table. Our experience there was good. My wife and I went on a busy Saturday night and we were seated quickly when we checked into our reservation. The staff were friendly but very busy and we were quickly shown how the ordering process works. We were given a tablet that had the whole drink, food and desert menu on it. Basically, you place the order on the tablet, its checked by a server and its sent to your table. All grillable items are sent in small portions to the table and you use the hibatchi (small bbq) to cook the food (meat, fish, vegatables). All other products that are fried or steamed are sent to the table fully prepared. Prices are a little higher than a regular buffet, but the novelty of bbq your own food is cool. 4 stars

Delicious all you can eat grilled BBQ, lots of fresh meats and seafood for grilling. I liked grilling some fresh onions and zucchini with my tasty meats. It was very noisy was the only negative. Staff was fast, attentive and friendly. Little pricey but I can eat alot of grilled meats so its a nice treat once in a while. I definitely recommend checking it out.

It was only after eating my 2nd serving of the steak that I was told it was uncooked and I had to cook it myself. Once I realized that it was a cooking apparatus in the center of the table and not a hand warmer the night went a lot more smoothly. Will definitely give it another try after doing a little more research on what Korean BBQ actually is.

Visited this place for the first time recently. I'd had Korean food in the past but some years ago so it was pretty much a new experience. The waitress didn't start off that friendly but eventually warmed up to us. We ordered several starters (kim chi, edamame, radish, etc) and some seemed fresh, but some seemed like they had been sitting on the tray/plate for hours/days in the fridge. We did not like the kim chi, tofu or edamame, which were three we were looking forward to trying. We also ordered some of the fried chickens like Pineapple chicken. I am certain these dishes were microwaved before serving since when eating a piece, half would be warmish and half completely cold. I did like the AAA beef (which we cooked ourselves on the grill) but not the ribs (too much fat for my liking). We enjoyed some dessert (they had 3 choices of ice cream and a few other things like sesame balls and custard balls). Not sure if we will be back as it's quite expensive, but it was nice to be at an all you can eat which wasn't buffet style.

I went here on a date and it was a great experience! It was busy but we were seated rather quickly. Matthew was our server and his service was impeccable!! It was my first time there so I wasn't very familiar with the food or how it was to be cooked and he explained everything wonderfully. It was so busy and he seemed to have a huge section but he didn't seem to be overhwelmed. The washrooms were so beautiful and clean which is important in a restaurant. The sangria I drank was absolutely delicious. Overall is was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back soon!

So happy the city has a Korean BBQ joint. Growing up, I'd always have to drive to Toronto for some good grub and now we finally (for quite some time) have this place. Everything and everyone at this place is INCREDIBLE!! service is great, staff is very friendly, food is delicious! I gave it a 4 star, because the price is RIDICULOUS! I will only ever go when we have family functions there, otherwise, on any given day I don't see why I'd want to pay TO COOK MY OWN MEAL at a restaurant. I could get 5 days worth of groceries for my husband and I in 1 sitting at this place. Don't get me wrong... awesome place, but my wallet says otherwise! Lol Drop your prices! But I guess at this stage in the game, it'll just keep going up! 🫤
