I stopped in to get a replacement headlight bulb. Last time I replaced them I didn't get it in correctly and ended up having to replacement entire headlight. Yesterday, I ask the cashier for help but she was reluctant but on my way out the door, I met Seth who was AMAZING. He finished up with his current customer and headed right over. Those headlights were changed inside of 5 minutes and I am so grateful! That is definitely a store I would go back to for any future needs. Not only was Seth super helpful, but his bright personality and great energy were awesome as well. Well done, Seth :)

After being lied to by Honest One, I came here for help with a rancid scent coming from the air system in my car. Jeremy behind the counter had no problem coming out and helping me. He solved my problem within 20 minutes and educated me on what was wrong. Coming in as a single female, knowing little to nothing about cars. I truly appreciated his help and his honesty. I 100% recommend this location to all. I will be referring all my friends and family if they need any car help. Thank you so much Jeremy!!

No problems here! Every experience I've had at this AutoZone location has been nothing short of awesome! The staff is always kind, helpful & they go out of their way for their customers. I feel bad, there's a really nice girl that works here and everytime I come in I happen to catch her on her break & nobody else is available to help.. So she always ends up having to cash me out while on her break, and she always does it with a smile! Thats customer service right there! She deserves a raise!!!

I accompanied a friend to this Autozone to do a return on windshield wipers. The issue was she was sold one wiper the correct size and the second wiper one size too small for her vehicle. The biggest issue is that the person that sold it to her seemed to be some type of manager or supervisor. He knew it was the wrong part as well as one of the most expensive. Another thing that was disappointing was the rear wiper was the worse in the store. There was a promotion on the wipers for $10 off but he did not know how to apply it or how it worked and directed my friend call customer service for clarification. That is by no way customer service in the store. We did the return and went to Advanced Autoparts and got real service, the right parts and the discounted price without having to call Customer Service for clarification.
