Mcdonald's

Great, as long as you order during the day. The late night staff are apparently crackheads and like to play games with your orders if they’re having a bad night. I ordered a Double quarter pounder plain and this is what I got, and by the way, called and they played it off like they don’t speak English:

The experience was okay, so so. I actually stopped here to use the restroom, but made a decent to-go order nonetheless. Everything seemed to go fine (I always order inside using the kiosk, so that I can customize everything) until I opened up my "plain" fish sandwich on the road. All was good except that it still had cheese in it (ordering "plain" is supposed to omit the cheese). I was too hungry at that point and needing to get to an appointment, so I just ate it. It was okay even with cheese only because I had ordered a double fish sandwich, and the second fish helped to mask the cheese, which I hate in general. Well, at least they were mostly friendly there.

So I came here to use the play area with kiddos.. it's 🌧️ and might as well enjoy fast food.. as much as one can.. is the play pen open? NOPE! No reason why.. but a small tiny sign that says Safety.. Can't use COVID when we are eating in the dinning area with others and no face mask required.. 😩😫.. so that's why I gave it a 1.. plus I normally don't do fast food..

Apparently the staff has no idea or Direction on how to receive payment or deal with customers issues when it comes to the mobile order system which is over 50% of the revenue these days. The only do they take money from you but they gather in the masses it will gladly let you know that you are not going to receive your food even if everybody in line behind you may suffer from the stubbornness that this particular individual has for their food.

Major language barrier at this location. Almost all staff are Spanish speaking and have trouble understanding English. Should be able to speak AND understand English to work at McDonald’s. Also repeatedly forget to put bacon on bacon cheese quarter pounders. Which makes me think they also have trouble reading English.

This place is TRASH. The line is always long. I can literally drive all the way to Vancouver and back before I even get to place my order. I gave to wait 20 to 3p minutes just to get my order and I do mobile order. They need to fire everyone and start over, or shut the place down. I wont mi d waiting 30 minutes if my order was correct. Half the workers dont wanna work. I see them walking around all the time. They let the libe build up until it's to much. I can tell 9/10 of them didnt graduate high school. It gets annoying they can remember a oder. They liter ask you what was your oder 3 times and they still mess it up. The manager need to get fired ASAP

Always long line at drive through even I order for mobile pick up. I know you guys remodeling the store but can you make the temporary easy ways for just pick up!!! I’m drying waiting like more than 20 mins. I know my order is already done long time but I have to wait in the line just to say I have to pick up bla bla bla. Please consider about this who is involved with this. I don’t want to be the complainer but don’t have any solutions for this problem. I know you guys professional and your staff maybe overwhelmed with so many orders in that time. But I waited like almost an hour for that 1.38am - 2.35am if I remember collectly I like the idea before you guy remodeling we picked up the food by just press inter phone in front of your door and tell the oder # then done. We happy like that but since modeling happens what choice we have? 1. Maybe considering not to receive the oder for the mobile pickup including DoorDash or Ubereat. Just for now until you finish remodeling. 2. May you have the sight for mobile pickup to park and go walk near your drive trough window and waive at your stuffs what oders # is. It’s just temporary. It’s help reduce the traffic it can make everyone happy.
