Burger King

GM took order during busy lunchtime. He was very expedient and friendly. He said multiple times (at least 8 times) to the prep area that he needed 2 whopper Jr's with extra lettuce and onions (I was charged for them). Neither burger had onions and very little lettuce but I'd left the area so I couldn't return. No napkins nor condiments in bag.

The chicken sandwich I was served was rancid. The moment I opened the bag I could smell it in my truck. I unwrapped the sandwich, smelled it directly and immediately gagged and almost got sick to my stomach. I took the food back. The manager said "there's nothing wrong with that food, but since the customer is always right I will give you your money back ". I asked him to smell it. He did and said there was nothing wrong with it. Then as he handed me my money told me "I'll remember your face." in an unnecessarily threatening way. Burger King needs a new manager at this location ASAP.

Stopped by here to grab quick bite to eat. Greeted with extremely friendly staff and a very clean dining room. Food came out promptly hot and fresh. Since we were dining in, we sat down at one of the clean tables and the staff check with us several times to make sure we didn't need anything and that everything we had was good. Excellent service and great food. Highly recommend this Burger King!!

Old cold fries, didn't receive an entire meal though asked if that was all, girl at the front window was more concerned with her phone and seemed annoyed to even deal with us. Went back to get our meal that was left out. Never received the drink. So annoyed we decided a gas station would be better than dealing with sub par service.

I went inside to order because I had to use the restroom. All of the employees had their masks pulled down below their noses, defeating the purpose of wearing one. Then two customers came in with no masks. I anxiously waited for my order and started flashing nasty looks after they handed food to the people who ordered after me. I finally received my order and darted out the door. I got the impossible whopper and it was impossible to see anything desirable about it.

Absolutely outstanding service food quality there was only two gentleman working today and they were doing a fantastic job taking care of the dining area as well as taking care of the drive-thru these two gentlemen need to be recognized for their hard work and loyalty to the establishment highly recommended
