Domino's Pizza

Ordered my pizza a day in advanced. It was supposed to be delivered at 2 for our birthday party but here it is 3pm and no one will even answer the phone. I've already been charged for the pizza 55 dollars later I expect it to be on time. 10 minutes late would be understandable but this is ridiculous. Don't waste your time with this domino's

Worse Dominoes EVER. I ordered abt 3 weeks ago, driver bought me the wrong order and took it back. I called the store no answer for 25 min. I was continously put on hold, finally talked with a manager and they said they had my order and was waiting on a driver. I requested for them to make a fresh pizza since this was 1 1/2 hours after their quality check. He said they would, but nope got a cold nasty pizza. Had my nephews her today so I thought we would try again. An hour after the order placed, 45 min after the quality check. I called the store they said they are short of drivers and it would be ant an hour. I told them that the quality check was 45 minutes ago and you now expect me to accept a pizza that would be 2 hours old. Insisted that I get a refund. Horrible horrible

The absolute worst. I've had thin crust pizza before, but never any like this. I ordered a med thin crust pepperoni pizza. I got all the way home only to find out my pizza was as dry as the cardboard box it came in.I called the location to let them know. The manager offered me another pizza, which means I have to waste gas going back to get it. I asked her if she could have it delivered to me, and she said i would have to pay a delivery fee at the cost of a error they made. 😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered take out when I returned to my location today the food I discovered I did not get my complete order I called the store to inform them of the mistake they made all I requested was the correct food was delivered since gas is expensive I did not want to drive back out for what should have been correct the first time. They asked for my address which was provided and said they would. A few minutes later they called back and said they would not be delivering it. Completely unorganized unprofessional and unwilling to make it right or fix a mistake.

It is hit or a very bad miss with this location, which must be severely understaffed. As I write this, I have been waiting an hour for the "tracker" to show that my order has even made it to the oven, and stayed on the phone for more than five minutes just trying to talk to someone there - they never picked up. Until they can deliver on their orders, they should stop taking them.

I placed an order with an employee by phone! Waited outside for 15min. I went inside to check on my order and the girl never even placed the order. I gave them another chance after this 2 months later and I specifically said no olives 3 times. Guess what...I got olives.This place is a joke. Don't even waste your time or money here. Those kids are incompetent and lazy!
