The lady at the front she is a cashier I wish I knew her name she is so amazing! Super sweet! Always nice and quick to get our order out. We never have to wait very long my kids love the baskets here. Great place to grab some food or desserts 🍨

Waited through a long line in the Drive-Thru today thinking that I would get a fresh hot Burger. Instead I got something that felt refrigerator cold and not even microwaved. The first bite out of it let me know that even the Patty was cold. Thanks Dairy Queen but no thanks I won't be eating here ever again.

Imagine sitting in line for 15 minutes because the manager decided to make her own lunch before yours. Yeah you know who this is, and I know who you are. Actually pathetic service. Do not recommend getting any food here. No compassion for workers or customers.

Just sat in drive thru line 25 minutes only be served a completely melted soupy blizzard. Have some pride in your work

Ordered online but they closed early. The manager called to let me know they closed early due to weather and wanted to make sure the team members got home safely, so he gave me a refund. We went back the next day. Friendly staff, outstanding customer service.

Crazy busy tonight and they were understaffed. BUT those workers that were there were busting their butts to get things made and out the door to all of us. Kudos to those hard workers tonight!
