Panera Bread

Went to the drive thru and ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl and a mango smoothie. At the window they handed the bag of food and said “have a good day” had to remind them of my smoothie. After leaving and opening the bag I didn’t get a bread bowl (it was not rung up as a bread bowl on the order). THEN, while eating my soup from the container I bit into some plastic bag. Worst experience ever. No order accuracy, had to remind them of my smoothie and then still didn’t get the correct order, plus got a bite full of nasty plastic🤢🤮

My experience at Panera tonight was more than disappointing. Panera has always been my go-to. An OG spot if you will. After a long and cold soccer practice, I was looking forward to my favorite Mac and Cheese from Panera. A 30 minute wait goes by, and my Mac and Cheese came out completely frozen. I sent it back and waited another 20 for this disaster to come out. All the noodles were rock solid and felt like they had been fossilizing for decades. The noodles were crispier than my side of chips I got, because they “completely ran out of bread.” I’m sorry.. I thought this was Panera BREAD? I will not be returning to this location, and I recommend to my fellow Panera connoisseurs to maintain a 6 foot distance from the very entrance of this establishment.

I love eating the food here. The quality is always on point. But more often then not my order is messed up somehow. Today they forgot my drink but by the time i realized i was too far to turn back. The customer service was not great. Like i was a burden to them. Also, I am extremely tired of not having utensils. i drive and eat a lot. i will no longer be returning to this location. every time their is something wrong somehow.

Don't order online, door dash will keep your food! Thank you Joge Z. Door Dash owes me $8 in tips, convience fee, etc. Its gone.. Go get a better job Joge! Tho idk what you can do if you can't deliver food 1.6 miles away..got a GED? Are you legal? Greeley Panera is Garbage!!!!!! And or Greely door dash needs English speaking people!
