My daughter insisted we participate in national Donut Day. I am surprised by how many meatless options they have. I will come give them a try.

The service was a bit slow, most of the items on the display in the Drive through were not available, a bit disappointing and donuts were not as fresh, we had to microwave them for 45 seconds before they became palatable. Although, they may fresher, better tasting in the morning than at night when I bought for my family.

I won't return until the massive pothole swallowing half your ONE entrance/exit point is paved! Do better! Your food is not good enough to bottom out the bottom of my vehicle. The pothole has been there FOREVER. I'm starting to think the Dunkin Donuts was built around the canyon of a pothole. 🤣😅😬 Do better.

The food at this location is about the same as any Dunkin (when they have stock) but the customer service here is sub-par at best. The employee's rush you over the drive-thru intercom, snatch your card/money out of your hands and just about throw your food at you to get you out of there. I get that it's called FAST food, but there's a fine line between efficient and rude. Unfortunately this location is the latter. I highly recommend the Loganville location over this one. The employee's are friendly and they're drive-thru is efficient without being down right rude.

My sausage sandwich smells like pinesol/some chemical. Thought this was a one-off but just saw someone had a similar review on TripAdvisor from 2019. 🥺😑
The avocado toast has me wondering as well.
And the donuts…sigh.

My poor ratings is for the parking lot. This location has the worst parking. You can't leave if is a queue for those using drive-thru. The parking lot is so small, drive-thru comes all around and block all pickups or walk-ins. You can't backup or move. The line also moves so slow. I was stuck for 15mins just sitting in my car and this was around 12pm so it wasn't like it was even busy. So imagine going there in the morning before 10am. You may have to sleep in your car for awhile

Honestly this Dunkin’ Donuts is very slow and lacks the customer service that they need, the workers are all up front in a group chatting like there is no work to be done, I’ve been here twice the first time I ordered a hot caramel craze coffee and I actually added Coldfoam to it with no problem…. the second time I went, the lady was very rude through the drive-through she said “can i take your order” I asked her to give me one minute she didn’t respond, as I started to proceed with my order after ordering each item she kept saying are you done? are you finished? is that it? when I got to my last item which was once again a hot caramel craze coffee I told her I wanted to add cold foam With a snotty attitude she said you cannot add cold foam to your hot coffee……. Mind me I bought this drink the same way few days before, and how is she going to tell me how I can have my coffee?? I explained that I was there a few days before and that I did indeed get a hot coffee with cold foam and she said well I am not going to make you a hot coffee with cold foam would you like me to add whip cream instead and I told her NO that I want to Add cold foam, she said “ma’am I’m not giving you a coffee with cold foam” she stopped taking my order and I left without buying anything very rude, lack of knowledge, and lazy, people who clearly don’t wanna work because once again how are you gonna tell me how I can drink my coffee if I’m paying for it, and I ordered a few days before the SAME WAY. She clearly didn’t want to work because she lost a $40 sale over cold foam. SMH

placed an order an paid on Thursday for Sundays pick , 4 jugs of coffee, to be ready at 5.00 pm, called at 4.30 to confirm, lady on the phone acting like she has no clue, even though I read her number and the name of the person who took the order . Called back at 4.50 stating that I am on my way . I was told OK. Arrived at 5.10 and coffee was not even put to brew yet !!! . Bunch a young kids "working" inside do not care about anything, and only thing you hear is SORRY . Sorry is reality and place itself, when you let them run it , like that . I was late to the event, big time, Thx to DD personnel, and their professional way of handling the business . called next day ,to talk to the manager and only thing he can do is give me a 25% of your next order, not gift card, not even thinking about reimbursing you any percentage of your order , or anything like that ,since it was clearly their mistake ,,,,, nothing ,,, DO NOT PLACE BIG ORDERS , NOT ON THE WEEKEND AT LEAST , AVOID THIS PLACE TO SAVE YOURSELF STRESS AND NONPREOFFESIONLA WAY OF HANDLEING BUSINESS AND YOUR MONEY.
