Huddle House

Very slow. Staff was inexperienced and shouldn't have been with out a manager on duty.We waited over an hour for our food. They had three tickets Ours was the fourth ticket. When we did get our food, was missing things and not all that great. Food was cold . Waitress didn't check on us at all and then acted surprised when I told her to take 50% off because of the whole deal. I asked for a manager and she had to call them. Well I will not be back.

Open for business with limited capacity. Always quick and hot. You can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner twenty four hours a day seven days a week. Affordable and I put it right with Dennys or Bob Evans breakfast food. This one is located in Grayson, Ky and is right off interstate 64. Easy to get to from the highway. The MVP breakfast is the do all meal, eggs, bacon or sausage, hash browns or fruit, biscuits and gravy or grits, and a waffle or pancake. Its a lot of food. The Philly Steak sandwich on toast with American cheese is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend.

Poor service, dirty store, lazy inconsiderate service. I only gave 1 star to make a review. Sat at the counter at 7:32 pm, @ 7: 50 pm, ordered 3 eggs scrambled with cheese, hashbrowns, grits, bacon and wheat toast and water to drink. At 8:10 most of my party's food was sitting at the grill station getting cold. I asked if we could have the food while it was hot. 3 people served, mine was still uncooked, the cook says "I need 2 eggs" and proceeds to put 2 eggs in the pan, put a well done order of hashbrowns on a plate, and dishes out a bowl of grits and scoops butter in them and sits them on the grill station, then the server goes to scramble the eggs and sets them back on the fire, I told her I didn't want them brown, she said they wernt done in the middle and walks away from them, then she asks the cook where the cheeses is and is directed to a bowl to pour them into. Then after they are mixed and put on the plate with the cold hashbrowns, then says I need toast... so the toast is put in the toaster, eggs and hashbrowns and grits still sitting on the grill station. Bacon not on the grill. I am a low sugar diabetic, and was having a huge sugar drop. I left the store to get immediate help. A sugar test on my glucose meter marked my blood glucose at 32. (80-110 is in the normal range) I drove to mc Donald's and was already consuming food when I got a message that the food from huddle house had been served and "where are you?" Then I found out that another in my party of professional drivers had paid for that food I did not get. Well, sorry, not today!!! I went back and requested a refund and the server wanted to argue my health issue with me. NOT today! Call your manager, "shes in bed" i dont care, I want a refund, "she'll be here at 5;30 am" call her.. "I will when I go back inside the store" so I walked in and said ok, let's call her... so then she calls from outside the store, supposedly did a refund. We'll see. (It better hit his account) Oh, and btw... the food was still on the counter where I was sitting and there still was NO Bacon! I do not recomend this Huddle House, If you want your food hot and served complete... And one more thing, IM NOT THE ONLY ONE! When I went back there were at least 6 other plates at the grill station getting cold and who knows how long the people had been waiting. It takes less than 7 minuets to fully prepare the meal I ordered. I know because I have worked this chain of restaurant... I had been in that seat for 1 hour with no food when I walked out!
