Harvey's

Avoid at all costs. This place does not practice safe food handling practices nor do they treat their customers well or talk to them at all. Made a delivery order that included spring rolls. I've had them here before and at other Swiss chalets and they looked fine. When I opened it I was shocked. How did anyone in their right mind think that that is an acceptable way to give food to the customer?? It's burnt to blackness and there are pieces missing. We tried calling several times at 7pm and no answer. We drove to the restaurant which was closed at 7:30pm and we had to go through drive through which took 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us. When we informed them about what happened there was no apology. When we got the new spring rolls they came in a different black box that wasn't see through and the person giving it to us didn't say a word and closed the window right away. I opened them as we were driving away and realized they did the same thing with the new batch. We came back again and the lady at the drive through speaker was very annoyed and said that that is how they cook them but she will take them out early she guesses. What in the world?? You close an hour early with no information about it on the website and produce terrible quality dishes while not accepting your fault at all. Never again will we eat here.

Good fast food. Stopped in here on the way to the river in the middle of July. We had planned on eating inside since we had our elderly grandmother with us, but the inside was closed due to being short on staff. There was an outdoor patio area to eat at, but there were no shaded areas. They are being very accommodating to truckers and will take your walk up order at the window. Food was served hot and was tasty, but I found it odd that my chicken sandwich had shredded lettuce on it instead of a leaf, making it pretty messy to eat. Overall a good experience!

Working near this harvey's, i rely on them regularly for my lunch breaks. and they have not disappointed yet!! despite the short staff, they always make sure i have my food in a timely fashion, which means a lot to me. Whenever i walk in to pick up my mobile orders, they're always there to greet me with a warm smile and friendly service. Thank you guys for making my days just that much easier!

Went through drive-thru 2022/7/9 about 6:40 pm. Told there would be a 5 min. wait to take order. Entire order (meals for 3 people in my vehicle) completed within 10 minutes and fully correct. Staff were working very hard to serve customers with limited help on duty. Thank you and I will be back when I am in the area again.
