Tim Hortons

i was there few days ago I ordered a large coffee and large ice cap and when we got to the window it was XL we told the older lady said that we ordered a large instead of sorry for it she said no you didnt u said XL when there are one more person in the truck and said same thing what I just said. the drive thru lady starting listing to the customers because were always RIGHT!!! dont ever tell someone there wrong when in fact there right

So I showed up in the drive thru ordered a everything bagel with h&g and a Boston girl first and foremost it was 630am and the lady who was taking my window was amazing she wasn't like over the top valleygirl bubbly but very pleasant considering what time it was . I got to the window and she handed me a box and said the donut was just dipped so the chocolate is still warm ...the worst part about going to a timmies for me is getting a donut in a bag and all the chocolate sticks to the bag and im stuck for 10 min licking the bag like a cat . But not this place I didn't get her name at the window but honestly she's probably the gold standard for how Tim hortons workers should be

Ordered a turkey bacon club no tomatoe. Got no bacon and 2 slices of turkey and 3 piece of lettuce. For the amount you pay for s sandwich this is highly irritating. Also ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on an English muffin for my toddler and got a Hasbrown and the farmers sauce on it which he won't eat. Thank you for wasting my money. Learn how to make a sandwich.

Awesome staff!!! Went in and they made me custom donuts!!!! Nothing too extravagant but no hesitation. Went back the next day and tweaked the recipe and still made them fresh for me.This was the third Timmy's I visited with my request and the only one to accommodate. Very nice to visit a chain coffee shop and still get this level of personal service!!!

I get my breakfast every workday from this location, and I feel it’s necessary to write up a good review because of the excellent service I get from a particular worker. Val greets me every morning and always makes my day better with her amazing customer service. She is always friendly, and this woman definitely deserves a raise 👏 I worked at this location in highschool, so I know how hard it is to maintain a good attitude with some of the cranky customers that come through. Thanks Val!

Many people drink coffee for the caffeine, and while it's great for a morning pick me up, coffee is so much more than just a shot of stimulation. I know it may seem kind of silly to some to love something like a beverage as much as I do, but then again, it’s more than just a beverage to me.
