Dunkin'

I could tell the guy working the window was new but trying his best to learn quickly while they were very busy. Great job new guy! There was a small issue with him accidentally charging me for another order but the manager resolved the problem quickly and with a smile on her face! I can tell y'all are working really hard and appreciate you! Great job everyone!

The food was all luke warm when we got it and was generally disgusting. It tasted like it had been sitting around for a long time. They tried to hand us drinks we didn't order then when they handed us our bag of food the guy asked us if they forgot anything lol. This was our first time trying Dunkin and will definitely be our last. They probably should have stuck to just donuts.

UPDATE 5/28 went there again drive thru is closed... Update your hours or open on time so people don't waste their time!! It says they open at 5:00. However I go through the drive-thru regularly about 20 after 5:00. Their signs usually not on nobody answers to drive through. Today I pulled around to the window sat there for a couple of minutes before somebody finally opened the window. Got attitude like I was doing something wrong. When I said I wanted to order but their sign wasn't working and nobody was answering they told me they were still on the process of opening at about past 20 after 5:00. Quality and service is usually mediocre at this store. If I had another option in my local area I would go somewhere else. 5/28 went there again drive thru is closed... Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Dunkin’s I have been to. Almost every time I go through the drive-thru one part of my order is missing. A lot of the time my coffee is not made correctly, they are super inconsistent even though I get the same thing. The younger staff is extremely rude too. No “hi, how are you?” Or “thank you have a nice day”. I don’t need them to be overboard but at least a hi and thank you would be nice. I’ve been going here for years because it is the only one by me and sadly it has never gotten any better.
