What a wonderfully, friendly staff! Just popped in to grab a quick coffee and multiple employees asked how my day was? Anything fun planned? All while being quick, efficient, and polite. Great customer service!

Consistency is what I look for at a chain like Starbucks. Consistent service. Consistent flavor. Consistent menu. Consistent preparation time.
Ordered an Iced Venti double shot. I received a triple Expresso shot with a Splenda. went back to order again and they took care of me. I fully planned to buy a 2nd drink but they went above and beyond to make/keep me happy. And they did.
5 star to State Street Geneva IL Starbucks staff!
and I've learned my favorite drink is now called an Iced Shaken Expresso.

I’m homeless and told the staff there and the most beautiful, perfect looking, sweet kind blonde girl gave me a free cup of coffee. She was so understanding and kind. Good people here at this Starbucks!
Edit: the staff at this Starbucks are impeccable! Everyone is so kind and giving. I love it here! All the staff should get a raise for what they do for their customers. Also Chloe is so cute and she’s as sweet as a gum drop!

I was there with my daughter and son, we were there for a walk, my son is not a coffee drinker, but that day He wants something hot and my daughter brought him a hot chocolate, thanks for the good service and you have a new customer! 😁

I know there is corporate policy and stuff, but sometimes the greetings feel more genuine. That was the case here.

My office orders Starbucks every week almost and EVERY TIME I get my order it has no whip cream. I don’t understand it. I wouldn’t mind if it’s once here and there but it’s every single time.
