Mcdonald's

This place has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I see why it has so many one star Ratings. Stood for 6 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and was told I had to use some order machine. While I counted 8 employees 5 up front, one was leaning against the wall on her cell phone. I was going to eat there but the dining room was so filthy dirty,the tables were nasty and the floor was sticky and food and wrappers were everywhere, no ice and the drink

This place always claims that their icecream machine is not working. On top of it all, they always mess up orders and have an attitude. There is a reason why this place has low reviews; don't be surprised when you come here and are not satisfied with their service. Also, their fries ALWAYS taste as if they've fried them up in WEEKS old oil. Avoid at all cost!

Came to this McDonald's because they are right down the road from my house. I knew I shouldn't have because they can never get an order correct. You can come through and get just a tea and they still find a way to mess that up. I'm came through today and made my order and when I get to the window the girls hands me stuff and then shuts the window before I can say anything even though I immediately noticed they didn't give me the McCurry they charged me for. I sat there for 4 minutes while she refused to open the window. When she did, she had an attitude and asked me what do I want. When I told her I didn't get the Mcflurry I paid for she told me they don't have ice cream and wanted me to exchange it for an ice coffee. And when I told her that's not what I wanted and that's why i didn't order it her answer was.... " what do you want me to do then...." I figured a refund was like the super obvious response to that. Now when I get home is when I realize they also didn't give me my son's apple slices, the large fry I ordered, they put mustard on my burger even though I asked for there not to be any and the receipt said it. I go back to that location and give all the food back because at this point I don't want their food and I just want my money back. She gives me my refund and won't give me a number to file a complaint. And when I get to my car I realize, she didn't refund me for everything. 1- give your customers a chance to speak 2- if you can't give then their food than refund it, don't substitute it. We didn't order something else. 3- make sure the orders are right. 4- when you give a refund, give it all not half of it. They are literal by definition thieves, go there if you don't want to get food, waste your time and then want them to steal your money.

All the tables are nasty, you can see where they wiped off tables either with a dirty rag or wrong solution. The bathrooms are SUPER NASTY, FLOORS ARE STICKY, you see foot prints all over the restaurant and toilet paper holder is hanging off the wall. I will not ever eat here. I tried to attach pictures it's that bad, workers are sleep in the both in dining area. DON'T EAT HERE, Management is not checking behind worker's because they don't care just a free check.$$$$$$$

I would rate this awful place 0 stars if i could. I had tried to order the egg muffins for breakfast TWICE, in a long queue because they had messed up my order. I ordered the egg muffins without the bacon and both times, there was still bacon. I was not going to wait through another queue so my money has been wasted for some lazy, inexperienced staff. Just a fair warning to anyone elae, this place is just terrible.

If your ordering ahead do yourself a favor and don’t. Your better off jumping in the drive thru line to get quicker service and accuracy of your items. This location has gone down not sure what the issue is but I’ve waited 30-45 mins for a order that says they’ll be out in 5 mins. Everytime you go people are constantly in the lobby complaining ..

This place sucks all the time - I have come back to give it ‘another’ chance and every single time the service sucks or food is wrong/nasty. GM needs to be fired asap!!! The McDonald’s off of 30 is a lot better!! Found an eyelash on my food - threw the whole meal away. Very disappointed and it just keeps getting worse. Someone please help this location.
