Resolved issue- Update for 4/1/22- Met with store manager and he apologetically exchanged the product with no issues. Changing my review to three stars. Of everyone involved, he was the only person with a resolution.
Problem- Bought a tobacco product for my father here. They gave me the wrong product. I came back with the unopened product to exchange it, and the clerk made me call 7-11 corp customer service to open a complaint case to swap the product. Refused to exchange the wrong product they gave me for the correct product. Pretty much incompetent or greedy. I’m not giving them any new business after this.

We walked in and the clerk was on the back as soon as the chime of the door went off he came out running saying “no no no no” he did not know what we were there to buy just told us “no can’t purchase”. As soon as we say beer he was like no you can’t. Texas law allows the purchase of whine and beer until 1am on Saturday. When we told him this he just said the law changed. We went to another 7eleven and we were able to purchase the beer. We’ve had similar experience in this 7eleven before.

The woman that works the overnight shift likes to close the store from midnight to 5am, but this store is listed as open 24/7. She has also repeatedly asked for my Facebook account, which makes me feel pretty uncomfortable.

Super friendly lady working the overnight; she made for a more-than-pleasant experience! I did not have to endure any of the all-too-common backlash of simply existing (as is commonplace in or around the downtown area circa 4:00AM).

I went to the store around 10:20 pm on 7/29/19 to get gas. I thought that it was going to be quick trip, but thanks to the rudeness of the clerk, Simee, it quickly became a very unpleasant experience. The card scanner at pump number 2 was not working, so I had to walk inside the store. I heard the door chime as I walked in, but did not see any clerks. After a few minutes, another customer walked in, the door chime went off, and still no clerk. A few minutes later, the clerk walked out from between the aisles with a package of donuts. From the onset she was rude. I asked her to put $40 on the pump, so that I could get gas. The amount came up to $31.80, and I went inside the store to ensure that I would be charged the correct amount. The clerk continued to be rude, and even made comments that I must have missed the "respect" class while I was in the military, which I found offensive. I told her that she shouldn't be talking to customers in that manner. I then asked who was the owner of the store, she provided his name as Seyoum. I told her that I was going to submit a review to Corporate, and she promptly stated that the store was a franchise. I told her that even a franchise has to uphold Corporate's standards. I told her that I'd been coming to the store since it opened, and that I had everyone had been pleasant, except her. The said sarcastically, "I love my job". I went to my car, got ready to leave, then noticed that she came out of the store with her cellphone to apparently take a video of my car as I was leaving. This was the most negative visit to a 7/11 since 1985, having visited stores throughout the U.S., Hawaii, and other overseas locations.

Is there a negative rating available? The two ladies that work there have the worst attitudes ever. This is the second time that I have been in there receiving the treatment that I have. The first time, the water products were not placed correctly along with the corresponding price tag. So as I saw a deal, I picked up my two water bottles and headed to the cash register. As she rung up the water, the price was not matching so I confronted her and she told me that it didn't matter and I had to pay the price that it rung up to be. So I decided not to buy it and left. Today, I decided to give the 7-Eleven a second chance. As I walked in, I noticed it was the same lady working. The 7-Eleven was having a promotion on water and so again, I decided to purchase it this time. As she rung my water, coffee and parfait, I wanted to confirm that I was receiving the promotion since something like this had happened to me before. She snapped at me and gave me attitude by yelling at me asking if I was going to pay or not. She also yelled at me questioning if I had read the sign or not. How could you give a customer that kind of attitude? If you do not want to work, then you should not come to work. Alright, giving her the benefit of the doubt, what if she was having a bad day? If that was the case after she gave me lip the first time and I had called her on it, she should have apologized and explained to me in a better manner that once the products are rung up the promotion will fall automatically into place. Instead she kept giving me attitude and kept yelling at me whether I was going to pay or not. As a paying customer, this really affects whether or not I am going back to this place or not. The store manager really needs to check on the workers and figure out if they are fit for the job or not. If only there were negative ratings available there would be. Just expect not to get any customer service here.

Yesterday, Monday, 12/18/2018 I at around 11:00pm pulled into the parking lot of this 7 Eleven. I thought I might be having a heart attack.. The sweet lady working inside the store, sorry mam, I couldn't understand your name. But, you and the other lady working with you were so kind. You stood in the parking lot with me while I waiting for 911 to show up. And after they left, as I was ok, I came into your store to use your bathroom. And you were both so kind. There are still good people in the world and you were my angel yesterday. Thank you both for your kindness..

Says they’re open 24/7, but guess that doesn’t include nights. Pulled in at 1 am, and the doors are locked. All the lights on, employee right there. Don’t advertise 24/7 if that’s not the case.
