Mcdonald's

Went and ordered only a Dr Pepper when i got to the window the lady was extremely rude and said that they only thing they could give us was sweet tea AFTER we had already paid. Their soda machine was down and had been down so they knowingly took our money thinking they could just give us a sweet tea instead. Never offered a refund or apologized and seemed extremely upset when we asked for our money back. They didnt have the one thing we ordered so of course we wanted our money back after waiting in line.

Normally I get good service here but today was totally different. I went to pick up food for 12 people. I went through the drive thru and let them know while ordering that I had coupons and told them what I wanted with each coupon, I had 3. When I went to pay, they then informed me that I could only use 1. I asked why I wasn't told that when ordering and they tried to say that I didn't tell them, I definitely did. So anyway, they told me to choose which I wanted to use, so I chose, but told them that one of the other coupons actually goes with the one I chose. The girl then gets mad and says "I'm going to take these this time, but the next time you're only going to be allowed to use 1", but says it with big attitude. I'm not one to deal well with attitude, especially when I haven't deserved it and I'm paying part of your check. I looked back at her and told her not to be giving me her attitude. It totally makes me angry these days to see how BAD customer service is. I have managed places before, and if I had employees that acted like that, they wouldn't be working the window. They'd be cleaning the store away from customers. I will be contacting home office or the DM.
