Taco Bell

The employees were nice enough when they told me to dine in I needed to use the kiosk to order my food. The kiosk is not very user friendly. The ac in the dining room was not even on until well after we sat down. It took 15 minutes to get our food and an additional 5 to get my drink. I will not be going back.

One worker on the phone. No breakfast menu. I drove up to the kiosk and waited, waited, waited. The screen showed no sign of life. Drove to the window. Nobody there. No movement. Waited. Just as I put the car in gear, I saw someone. When she finally came to the window I asked if they were open or not. She said yes, but was in the bathroom. I'm okay with that, but there was another employee. To top it off, the breakfast items which were not on the menu cost 30% more than other Taco Bells in town. Update: Today, I pulled up at 9:30am. They were not even open. Two other cars there. We all drove away. This is THE WORST Taco Bell around! Update: Signs in window and big banner advertise breakfast. At 9:20am, lights were on, but apparently closed. Dining room is closed. Later at lunch, you pull up and they tell you, "Please wait. It will be a little while before we can serve you." I left. This place has disappointed too many times.

This has to be the wimpiest food I’ve ever ordered from Taco Bell. One taco barely had anything in it, and the other was so soggy it was barely worth eating. I also got the chicken Power Menu bowl and the rice was way undercooked. I tried calling the restaurant but it went to fax?!? I’m just seriously disappointed and likely won’t return to this location again. Poor, poor service.

Very disappointing. Placed online order to pick up at drive through. Got to the restaurant and drive through was deliberately blocked by a large cardboard box. Pulled into a pickup space and waited. Nothing. Went to the door and door was locked. You could see workers in the restaurant, but they were not interested in coming to the door or filling orders. Come to find out, workers had closed the restaurant due to “lack of staff”. Which, according to some folks who tried to patronize the establishment, this happens quite often. No sign on the door. Just a small barely readable sign in the cardboard box blocking the drive through. I watched at least $400 worth of business go somewhere else. Note that all the lights were on, the sign was lit up, and at least 2 workers were in the building. Sad. I probably won’t try this Taco Bell again - it’s not worth my effort. There are others.
