Pizza Hut

I ordered at 12:30 on line and the store closed at 1. It was hot and fresh and the manager was nice and accommodating. I know he was ready to close but he made sure I had my pizza and was really great about it. I had just been released from the hospital and grateful the store was open late. Unless it was a bar everything else was closed. I could not have been happier.

Did not honor a deal when it was advertised in the app. My family ordered a BOOK IT! Bundle for $20.99 and tax, but upon carryout was told it was a total of $41.06. I just redid the order exactly and the app says only $20.99. I am not in the business of dealing with bait and switch tactics and will probably be using other pizzerias as a result of this experience.

I usually never have a problem from this pizza hut..on the contrary we have absolutely loved ordering here with no problems until 7/18/17. When Quanisha made an error on my pizza and when I asked to speak to the manager she gave the phone to Juliette who immediately went in on me about making it quite clear what I want on my pizza. I explained that when going over the BBQ pizza options Quanisha mentioned that there was one with bacon, at that point I said no I just want chicken. Then Juliette begins to cut me off in mid explanation saying "What do you want, store credit or another pizza". And the I began to tell her that her tone is aggressive and she then says " I' m not yelling". That's funny because I never said she was yelling. I don't know if it was just a bad night for them but now the wrong pizza and nasty attitude displayed by Juliette have left me wondering if the store credit is something I even want to be bothered with. At this Pizza Hut the customer is not right and you get "Yelled" if you bother to call about your incorrect order. Pizza Hut Lover's Beware! And for the General Manger I ask that you pull the call and listen for yourself!!!!! Below is my BBQ Chicken Pizza I ordered that clearly has bacon after I clearly said "No, just chicken". 😒😒😒😒

Brandon was terrific! I called in to place an order, and he was friendly and patient. ( I was ordering for a few people. ) He made sure we got a great deal, and the service was impeccable! When I get treated that way, it makes me a loyal customer. Thank you, Brandon, for caring about your customers, and a big thank you to the staff for making a great pizza!

I called to find out if they had gluten free pizza. They had no clue if they had it or not. The on-line system lies to you about the availability of Gluten free options. They sent my call to find out to the interactive system and never responded to my request. I decided that if they could not answer a simple question, that this location was not the place to be ordering from.
