Wingstop

We visited the Main Street location this past Sunday. This was by far the worst visit we have had at a Wingstop. My wife and I know quite a few employees at this location but this past Sunday we did not recognize anyone. Our order was received wrong and it took over 30 minutes to receive our meal. It took this long even though we were the first order of the day and the first ones in the store. The employee's left a lot to be desired. They were not friendly, helpful or nice at all. They gave the impression that they hated their job. We want our old crew back who alway take good care of us.

I have ate out of here a couple of times. And it’s been a minute since I came back. This time around, half of my order was missing, no seasoning on the bites and I had to wait over 20min to get everything remade. One of the cooks had the nerve to open the box that I brought back and started sprinkling seasoning on it. Another lady came in after me and had a messed up order and then received her remade order before me? The manager was polite and asked me what I would like to be done. It’s really sad because this location could be a decent spot to go to, but they need to get it together in there. Management and team members really need to step up.

Store leadership is a joke. Front counter girl is trying. But a kitchen full of fools can’t compensate. It’s embarrassing. If this store isn’t a corporate store than I would take it over. The local operator must be incompetent or doesn’t care. Cause the employees are left holding the bag. Amateur hour all around. Someone needs to work a shift and learn their business.

So I was in Gainesville and there were adds all over about 70 cent wings, and I stopped by. Apparently, it was boneless wings, and boneless was in smaller print. The regular wings were pretty pricey, so I went with boneless, and they charged extra for some dressing. Then I bought some cheese fries. I was really hungry but the whole mess was so disgusting that I threw out half of it. Heavily breaded low quality chicken drenched with sauce, too much cheese sauce and the sauce had no actual flavor, and then place was kind of dirty.
